Refund and Returns Policy

Instructions on Withdrawal for Consumers

(Applies to ValorSpark orders)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal for contracts relating to the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

…of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

5. Compensation for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the quality, features, and functionality of the goods.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded:

  • are not citizens or residents of an EU member state, and

  • whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.
